We’ll find tender areas where muscles and connective tissue are producing pain and restricted movement and gently release it.

Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle pressure to the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to decrease pain and improve motion. Restrictions in the myofascial connective tissue can be caused by trauma, inflammatory changes, and/or surgical procedures. Tensile pressure of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain sensitive structures may not be easily detected in standard tests like x-rays, myelograms, CT scan, or sEMG.
